Checklist Digitizer

Progressive web app with offline access & PDF export

Converted paper-based checklists into searchable digital format. Technicians access the latest procedures offline with PDF record-keeping.

Maintenance Tracker

Tool tracking system with reporting

Simple system to track component replacements, inspection schedules, and maintenance history. Provides quick filters for engineers.

Tool Management System

The platform tracks 10 categories of maintenance tools:

  • Hand Tools – Wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, rivet guns
  • Measuring Instruments – Calipers, gauges, multimeters, testers
  • Airframe Tools – Jacks, drills, sheet metal equipment
  • Engine Tools – Borescopes, compression/fuel pressure testers
  • Avionics & Electrical – Test sets, wire crimpers, continuity testers
  • NDT Equipment – Flaw detectors, thermal cameras
  • Safety Equipment – Chocks, extinguishers, hoists, PPE
  • Calibration Tools – Calibrators for torque, pressure, temperature
